You've spent enough time searching for answers outside of yourself.

What if everything you've been searching for has been waiting quietly within you all along?

Here, there is nothing to fix, mend or repair.

Only a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and remember.

Each session is intuitively guided as no two souls arrive carrying the same story. As we begin listening to the wisdom of your body and the quiet voice of your spirit, the session unfolds naturally - creating space to release what has been held, restore harmony within your nervous system, and awaken the subtle life force that has always lived within you.

As an intuitive channel, I allow each session to be led by what wants to come forward in the present moment. Through Breathwork, Tenohira (Japanese Palm Healing), and at times the channeling of light language and healing frequencies, we create a deeply personal experience that honors exactly where you are.

My role isn't to heal you.

My role is to hold a space so deeply present and safe that your own innate healing wisdom can emerge.

You don't have to become someone new.

You simply have to come home to yourself.

Come Home To Yourself

Experience Healing Differently

A lone black horse standing in a vast, open field of dry, golden grass with rolling hills in the background.
A decorative setup on a surface featuring a framed minimalist artwork with a large white circle on tan background, a black teapot, a small glass vase with a pink flower, a book titled 'Western Mingo', a tea infuser, a folded cloth or napkin, and two cardboard tubes on a cream-colored fuzzy blanket.

The Origin Healing Session

Close-up of a woman with light brown hair, wearing rings and a beige sleeveless top, gently placing her hands over her chest.

In this transformational 75 minute experience, we awaken the remembrance of your own innate wisdom within.

Our session may weave together ancient pranayama Breathwork, Tenohira (Japanese Palm Healing), intuitive guidance, energy healing, and at times the channeling of light language and healing frequencies. These are not separate modalities, but sacred tools that support whatever your body, mind, and spirit are ready to receive.

My role isn't to heal you.

My role is to hold a space so that your own healing can naturally unfold.

The Women’s Circle

Three women on the beach, holding hands in a circle, with waves in the background, in black and white.

For the wild women.
For the women who are remembering.

There is an ancient medicine that awakens when women gather.

Not to compare.
Not to compete.
Not to become someone else.

But to remember.

Each month we gather in an intimate circle to breathe, receive, and reconnect with the wild, instinctual wisdom that has always lived within us.

Through Breathwork, Tenohira, ceremonial cacao, and the quiet power of shared presence, we remember what so many women have forgotten:

We were never meant to do this alone.

This is the medicine of women.

Frequently asked questions

All life is rhythmic. From the rise and fall of the sun to the rise and fall of our breath, from the beating of our heart to the infinite vibrations of atomic particles within our cells, we are a mass of vibrations that miraculously resonate together as a single system. In fact, our ability to function as a unified whole depends on the coherent resonance of the many subtle vibrations within us.
