The Women’s Circle

Three people on a beach holding hands in a circle, with ocean waves in the background.

For the wild women.
For the women who are remembering.

There is an ancient medicine that awakens when women gather.

Each month, we gather in an intimate circle to breathe, receive, and reconnect with the wild, instinctual wisdom that has always lived within us.

Through Breathwork, Tenohira, ceremonial cacao, and the quiet power of shared presence, we remember something so many women have forgotten:

We were never meant to do this alone.

BREATHWORK

You will be guided through an active ancient pranayama practice. Together we will open the subtle energy of the body, bypass the mind and unlock your soul’s innate wisdom.

TENOHIRA

Tenohira, A Japanese Palm Healing practice born from Reiki, has been used for centuries to heal, restore and harmonize the body. You will receive your own personal palm healing during the session.

CACAO CEREMONY

Enjoy pure, raw and sustainably sourced Cacao blended into a warm beverage and shared with others to foster deep emotional healing and connection.

When: Every 3rd or 4th Thursday of the month

Where: Private Residence • St. Paul, Minnesota

All are welcome <3 No Breathwork experience required, come as you are, there is no pressure to share or speak, you can show up and simply receive.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the circle.
